Description of WorkamNow

WorkamNow is a freelance marketplace that connects freelancers ("Freelancers") with clients seeking freelance services ("Clients"). The Platform allows Clients to post job listings and enables Freelancers to offer their services, communicate with Clients, and enter into agreements for freelance work.

User Responsibilities

a. Clients: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when posting job listings, including project details, requirements, and payment terms. Clients are also responsible for evaluating and selecting Freelancers based on their qualifications, skills, and portfolio.

b. Freelancers: Freelancers are responsible for accurately representing their skills, experience, and qualifications. Freelancers should communicate promptly and professionally with Clients, deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon deadlines, and adhere to the terms of the agreements entered into with Clients.

Job Postings and Agreements

a. Job Postings: Clients are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. WorkamNow does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of job postings.

b. Agreements: Clients and Freelancers are responsible for negotiating and entering into agreements for freelance work. WorkamNow is not a party to these agreements and is not liable for any disputes or issues arising from them. We encourage users to establish clear terms, scope of work, and payment arrangements before entering into agreements.

Payments and Fees

a. Payments: WorkamNow facilitates payments between Clients and Freelancers. Clients will be charged for the agreed-upon project fees, and Freelancers will receive payment for their services through the Platform. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon between the parties.

b. Fees: WorkamNow charges service fees for the use of the Platform. Details regarding fees and payment processing are outlined in our separate Fee Policy.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

a. Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or harm the integrity or functionality of the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, spamming, impersonation, and posting inappropriate or illegal content.

b. Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to their use of the Platform and the completion of freelance work.

Intellectual Property

a. Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of the content they post on the Platform, including job listings, portfolios, and communications. By using the Platform, users grant WorkamNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display their content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

b. Trademarks: WorkamNow and its logos are trademarks owned by WorkamNow Inc. Users are prohibited from using these trademarks without prior written consent.

Privacy

Termination
